Return Policy

Return policy:
Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations, or as otherwise required by law.

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and before sending any items. We will provide you with the return instructions.

All items must be securely packed in the original packaging and must be in original condition upon return. We recommend using registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item. We cannot assume responsibility for items lost in transit to us when being returned.

A refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to you after the inspection of the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if items are returned without the original packaging or are damaged.

Please ensure the item meets our return policy criteria:
- Items are returned within 5 days of delivery.
- Items are in their original condition.
- Items are not clearance, reduced to clear, or sample sale items.

Excluded Full Refund Items: Please choose carefully when purchasing merchandise marked as 'clearance', 'reduced to clear', or 'sample sale' items, as full refunds are unavailable. However, store credit (excluding shipping costs) can be issued if items are returned in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.

Damaged Goods: We take great care to ensure all items are thoroughly quality controlled before dispatch. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within two days of receiving the item. Email images of the damage along with details to hello@kansy.com.au. We will assess your claim and contact you to organise a replacement product.

Disclaimers:
Variations in colour, shape, size, and craftsmanship occur in each individual item.

  1. Many of our products are handcrafted. Each piece is unique, and no two are exactly alike. This uniqueness adds character to our products and is not considered a defect.
  2. Every monitor displays colours differently due to resolution and environmental lighting variations. However, we strive to match the images as accurately as possible to the actual products.
