Found the identical product cheaper elsewhere?
You can claim a refund for the difference if you find the same product cheaper elsewhere. Simply contact us at hello@kansy.com.au within 48 hours before placing the order or within 7 days after placing the order. You’ll need to provide us with the link to the other offer, and it must be available at the time when we check for the price match.
Our price match checklist:
- Must be an identical branded product in stock at the time of price matching.
- It must be an Australia-based retailer with stock available in Australia.
- It must be an official brand-authorised retailer.
When can’t you make a claim?
- We do not price match non-branded products or products without a stated brand name.
- Cashback offers, store credits, bonus and bundled promotions, and coupon promotions.
- Grey or direct import products not sold through an authorised Australian reseller, commercial orders.
- Members-only or subscription prices, competitor clearance products, or products with limited or restricted quantities.
- Competitor advertising errors.
- Shipping and delivery cost.
