Found the identical product cheaper elsewhere?

If you find the same product at a lower price elsewhere, we'll match it! Just contact us at hello@kansy.com.au or using the 'Contact Us' link within 48 hours before placing your order with the subject line "Price Match - [Item Name]." Provide the link to the item from the other retailer, ensuring it is available at that price when we check for the price match. We'll refund the difference once your order is placed.

Our Price Match Checklist:
- Must be an identical branded product in stock at the time of price matching.
- It must be an Australia-based retailer with stock available in Australia.
- It must be an official brand-authorised retailer.

When Can’t You Make a Claim?
- We do not price match non-branded products or products without a stated brand name.
- Cashback offers, store credits, bonus and bundled promotions, and coupon promotions.
- Grey or direct import products not sold through an authorised Australian reseller, commercial orders.
- Members-only or subscription prices, competitor clearance products, or products with limited or restricted quantities.
- Competitor advertising errors.
- Shipping and delivery cost.
