Shipping & Returns

Orders

All our products are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
Your orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours after purchase (excluding weekend and public holidays) by Australia Post or other local couriers. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note that the postage/delivery times are indicative only, and may vary depending on the postal service, public holidays or during busy holiday periods.

Please check the address you provide when placing your order. We cannot assume responsibility for any lost parcels or delays due toany incorrect information provided by the customer.
If Any parcels are returned to sender due to being undeliverable, we will contact you to organise a re-delivery at an additional shipping cost, or a refund (excluding shipping costs) for the product you ordered, subject to the item being in its original condition and passing our quality inspection.

Australia – Standard Shipping
Orders over A$150 - FREE Standard Delivery
Orders under A$150 - A$13.25 Flat Rate Standard Delivery
For remote locations, an extra surcharge may apply to your shipping costs. This does not get calculated at checkout, you will be contacted via email with the option to pay the difference.

Australia – Express shipping
All Orders - A$19.75 Flat Rate Express Delivery
For remote locations, an extra surcharge may apply to your shipping costs. This does not get calculated at checkout, you will be contacted via email with the option to pay the difference.

Return Policy:
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and before sending any items. We will provide you with the return instructions.
All items must be securely packed in the original packaging and must be in original condition on return. We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item. We cannot assume responsibility for items lost in transit to us when being returned.

A refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to you after inspection of the returned item.
We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if items are returned without the original packaging or damaged.

Damaged goods:
We do our best to ensure all items are quality controlled prior to dispatch.

If items arrive damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item by emailing the images together with the details of damage to hello@kansy.com.au
We will assess your claim and then contact you to organise a replacement product.

Disclaimers
Variations occur in colour, shape, size and craftsmanship of each individual item.
1. Many of our products are handcrafted. Each piece is unique and none are 100% identical. This adds character to our products and is not considered as a faulty item.

2. Every monitor displays colour differently due to resolution and the variation of environmental lighting. However, we’ve made a lot of effort to colour match the images as accurately as possible against the actual products.
